POPINJAYS PRESENTS WEEKEND FIESTA BRUNCH FOR AN EXTRAVAGANT FREE-FLOW CELEBRATION

Hong Kong SAR, China, 19 June 2023 – Summer is the best time to enjoy relaxing moments at Popinjays with a breathtaking view of the city. Popinjays proudly presents its Fiesta Brunch, offering guests a vast array of indulgent dishes and a jet-fresh seafood tower created with premium ingredients. For guests who prefer a bubblier dining journey, they can pair the brunch with free-flowing Dom Pérignon or R de Ruinart Brut Champagne packages, plus an unlimited caviar experience.

7 hours of availability for brunch

Tired of the regular brunch hours? At Popinjays, the Fiesta Brunch is available throughout the afternoon from 12 noon to 7 p.m. Guests can pick their favourite three hours to enjoy the all-you-can-eat brunch.


There are four free-flow drink packages to choose from, which guests can elevate to the extravagant brunch with free-flow Dom Pérignon, one of the highest graded Champagnes in the world. Its impeccable quality and class are praised and sought-after by many wine aficionados. Another Champagne option features the free-flow of R de Ruinart Brut, which is equally a beautiful pairing with our sumptuous dishes.


Guests who choose free-flow Champagne packages can also savour the welcome caviar experience of Amur caviar and salmon roe paired with small blinis and crème fraiche.


Delights of premium ingredients around the world

Chef de Cuisine Paolo Tolleretti presents a series of premium ingredients for this brunch. Guests can first enjoy our signature Seafood Tower that includes oysters, lobster, crab legs, prawns, mussels, caviar, tuna, and octopus. Then they can afterwards continue their experience by ordering a variety of all-you-can-eat small dishes, main courses and desserts.


Small dishes include the Italian classic Vitello Tonnato, Artisanal Burrata, Hand-cut Beef Tartare, Pan-fried Scallops and Grilled Octopus. For the main course, Lamb Rack is perfectly grilled for its ultimate juiciness and tenderness. Maccheroncini Cacio & Pepe is the combination of cheesy pasta, tuna tartare and bottarga for a burst of umami on the palate. Signature dish Beef Rossini is the heavenly delight of beef tenderloin topped with a slice of pan-seared foie gras.


For dessert, guests can relish the symphony of Popinjays’ Tiramisu, Valrhona Chocolate Delight, Mille Feuille Strawberry, and Lemon & Lime Cheesecake.
